Event Details
Women military personnel with a new rock on their hand and wedding plans dancing in their heads may now see themselves at their dream wedding wearing a beautiful gown, compliments of bridals by lori.

Atlanta’s premier bridal salon is pleased to reward the military personnel of Georgia and the surrounding states in a special way on Wednesday, April 14, 2004 by donating 100 new wedding gowns to women military personnel who have served in Iraq, Bosnia or Afghanistan or whose fiancés are in active duty in those areas.

bridals by lori founder and owner, Lori Allen has personally hand selected 100 gowns, among her most stunning designs, to give away at the event scheduled at the expansive, boutique style salon from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. bridals by lori will also extend a 12% discount to these bride’s for Bill Levkoff bridesmaid’s gowns purchased within 30 days of the donation. Plus, gentlemen will enjoy a complimentary accessories upgrade for any tuxedo rental reserved at the newly-opened Black Tie by Lori for the event.

And to add an extra beautiful incentive, Carithers Flowers will donate 50 bridal bouquets to the first 50 gown recipients.

Brides will receive FREE GOWNS on a 'First In, First Served" basis. The fiancé or military personnel getting married must show a copy of their IRAQ, Afghanistan, or Bosnia deployment papers issued since 9/11, a copy of military ID, and the wedding must take place by April 14, 2005 to qualify. 

Requirements to receive free gown

- You or Fiancé served' in Iraq, Bosnia or Afghanistan after 9/11
- Have copies of deployment orders & military ID
- Getting married prior to May 2005
- They do not have to be on active duty now
- First in First served to receive one of the hundred free gowns
